These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of go.dmgwindows.com (the “Site”) and to text messages you receive from Don’s Mobile Glass, Inc. (“Don’s Mobile Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our glass, window, and door products and services and lets you request a quote. Quotes, pricing, and availability shown or provided through the Site are estimates until confirmed by Don’s Mobile Glass. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program. Don’s Mobile Glass Customer Messaging. Messages are sent by Don’s Mobile Glass, Inc.

Message types. Responses to your inquiries, quotes, appointment scheduling and confirmations, reminders, service updates, and customer service communications related to our products and services.

How you opt in. You may consent to receive text messages by checking the text messaging consent box on our quote request form, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent to a Don’s Mobile Glass team member. Consent is never implied, is not a condition of purchase, and checkboxes are never pre-checked.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

How to opt back in. Reply START or UNSTOP, or opt in again through our quote form. Opting back in re-enrolls you in Don’s Mobile Glass Customer Messaging under these Terms.

Content standards. We will not send illegal, misleading, deceptive, hateful, or fraudulent content, or content promoting illicit goods. You agree not to use our text messaging service for any unlawful purpose.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and factors outside our control.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Industry standards. Don’s Mobile Glass follows applicable laws and industry standards for text messaging, including the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and expects users of the service to do the same.

3. Intellectual Property

Content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Don’s Mobile Glass and may not be copied or used without our permission.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Don’s Mobile Glass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our text messaging service. Product and installation warranties are provided separately in writing.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
